It is only possible to coordinate a team in India and act as an interface between the Italian team and the Indian team. This mode is only feasible for large teams and the resource can be seconded to Italy for a limited period of time. ECELIS constantly keeps abreast of government regulations in the destination countries in order to always be in compliance with the laws of each country.

Your sensitive and non-sensitive data will be safe:

• We adopt and comply with the guidelines of the GDPR (European Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016) and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code).

The minimum duration of this service must be agreed upon from time to time because it depends on the amount of resources committed. We are always willing to favor short-term assignments as well as long-term ones.

The resources are regularly hired on payroll by our Indian subsidiary, full-time and work on site. Our technicians receive economic, contribution and insurance treatment in accordance with current government regulations.

Yes, it is possible to cancel or terminate a collaboration with adequate notice following the conditions indicated in the contract.

ECELIS issues an invoice at the end of the month and payment is required by the 10th of the following month.

Yes, the typical process works as follows:

1. Exchange of information to define the customer requirements and service parameters.
2. Sending the client a list of CVs relating to the candidates identified by us.
3. Resending new proposals in case of initial dissatisfaction.
4. Online testing and client interviews with resources.
5. The approved resources are available with the timing that will be detailed.

Yes, if a customer is unsatisfied with a team or resource, we guarantee timely replacement of the resources.

Our development team works on client-server and does not have access to download any data unless agreed with the client. We have a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our developers. We also follow strict data protection policies through awareness. We have a strict system where data protection is very important. (Our development system will be under firewall, no access to email such as yahoo, gmail, etc.).

Overtime is expected, with a percentage increase in the hourly rate. The detail is in the contract.
